Palladium AI automatically generates an invoice for each subscription period, giving your finance team a clear paper trail for every charge. All invoices for your workspace are listed in the billing section of your team settings and are visible only to members of your team — no other organisation on the platform can see your financial records.
All financial records in your workspace — including invoices — are isolated to your team and not visible to other organisations on the platform.
Accessing invoices
Navigate to Settings → Billing in your team workspace. Below the plan summary and balance card, the Invoices section lists every invoice associated with your team’s subscription history in reverse chronological order. Each row is a single invoice for one billing period of one subscription.
Invoice contents
Each invoice captures the key details your finance team or auditors need to reconcile charges:
| Field | Description |
|---|
| Plan name | The Palladium AI plan (Pilot, Growth, or Enterprise) the invoice covers. |
| Billing period | The start and end dates of the period the invoice applies to. |
| Plan amount | The total charge for the period in Kwacha (K). |
| Status | Whether the invoice is paid, pending, or void. |
One invoice is created per subscription. If your team upgrades or changes plans mid-period, a new invoice is generated for the new plan from the point of change.
Enterprise billing
Enterprise plans use custom billing arrangements negotiated directly with the Palladium AI team. Your invoices will still appear in Settings → Billing, but the amounts and schedules reflect your agreed contract terms. Contact your account manager for detailed invoice breakdowns, purchase order references, or any adjustments to your billing records.
