The workspace model

Every organisation on Palladium AI operates inside its own team. A team is a fully isolated tenant: your members, savings records, loan files, and settings are never visible to or shared with other organisations on the platform. Within a team, access is governed by roles. Each user is assigned a role that determines what they can see and do. Admins can configure the workspace, invite new users, and manage sensitive records. Members have access to day-to-day operations without touching administrative settings. Platform owners hold the highest level of access for organisations that need centralised oversight across multiple teams. You can create multiple teams — for example, one per branch — and switch between them using the multi-tenant navigation sidebar without signing in and out.
