This guide walks you through everything you need to go from a brand-new account to a fully configured workspace with your first financial activity on record. By the end, you will have a team created, at least one member invited, a savings deposit logged, and a loan application submitted — all in under ten minutes.

Create your account

Go to palladiumlabs.online and click Start workspace. Enter your email address and choose a secure password, then confirm your email address using the link sent to your inbox. Once confirmed, you are signed in and ready to create your first team.

Create your first team

After signing in, you will be prompted to set up a team. Click New Team, then enter your organisation’s name. Palladium AI uses this name to generate your team’s unique identifier, which appears in your workspace URL. Your new team dashboard is ready immediately — no waiting, no provisioning delay.

Invite your first member

Navigate to Members in the sidebar and click Invite Member. Enter the person’s email address and choose a role:
  • Member — can access day-to-day savings, loan, and member record views
  • Admin — can also manage workspace settings, invite additional users, and configure roles
The invitee will receive an email with a link to join your team.

Record a savings deposit

Navigate to Savings in the sidebar and click New Deposit. Fill in the required fields:
  • Member — select the member making the deposit
  • Amount — enter the deposit value
  • Date — confirm or adjust the transaction date
Click Save to confirm. The deposit appears immediately in the member’s savings history and updates your dashboard totals.

Submit a loan application

Navigate to Loans in the sidebar and click Apply for Loan. Enter the loan amount and any other required details, then click Submit. The application enters your loan pipeline and is ready for review and approval by an admin.
Switch between multiple team workspaces at any time using the team selector in the navigation sidebar. You never need to sign out and back in to move between branches or organisations.
